Full job description
Full-Time Videographer / Photographer - SBK Marketing
Please Read Before Applying
This role is for someone looking to commit properly to a full-time position.
- You must be available 5 days per week
- You must have consistent access to your own vehicle
- This is not a freelance or side-work opportunity
We already work with a strong network of freelancers. This role exists because we now need someone embedded in the team, consistently available.
If you’re looking for occasional work alongside other commitments, this won’t be the right fit.
About SBK Marketing
We’re a fast-growing marketing and media agency working exclusively within the property and construction industry.
Our content isn’t just for aesthetics - it directly contributes to winning high-value projects, often worth hundreds of thousands of pounds for our clients.
We’re building something serious, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey - not just someone passing through.
The Role
This is a videography-first role, with photography as a supporting skill.
You’ll be filming:
- Active construction sites
- High-end residential projects
- Real, live environments - not staged shoots
You need to be comfortable working on-site, around ongoing construction. It’s part of what makes our content stand out.
A typical week will be a mix of:
- Time in the office (filming SBK content, admin, occasional editing tasks)
- Time on-site with clients for pre-booked shoot days
We’re flexible on how the week is structured, but the key thing is consistency - we need someone we can rely on day in, day out.
What We’re Looking For
We’re not just hiring a camera operator - we’re looking for someone who is serious about videography as a career.
You should:
- Be confident filming in real, fast-moving environments
- Understand that effective content > over-edited content
- Be reliable, organised, and able to follow a structured approach
- Have a genuine interest in improving and building your skillset
Experience in property or construction is a big bonus, but not essential if your work is strong.
Equipment Requirements
You’ll need to come equipped and ready to shoot. We do have equipment available, but you must be self-sufficient.
Minimum requirements:
- Gimbal (capable of min 4kg payload, vertical + horizontal)
- 4K mirrorless camera (Sony preferred)
- Zoom lens (~24–50mm+)
- Wide lens (~10mm preferred)
- Camera cage (for teleprompter setup)
- Variable ND filters
- 4K drone
- Reliable laptop/computer (editing + uploading)
- Wireless mic set
- Spare batteries and accessories
On-site safety gear:
- Steel toe boots
- Hard hat
If you don’t currently have everything, you must be willing to invest in it quickly.
Working With Us
We understand that most videographers want to continue building their own thing - and that’s completely fine.
You’re free to take on external work outside of your time with SBK.
The only condition is simple:
It cannot affect your availability or performance with us.
Pay & Progression
We’re flexible on structure:
- Full-time PAYEor
- Fixed monthly retainer
What matters most is finding the right person.
There is clear room for progression here. As we grow:
- We will bring in additional videographers
- You’ll play a role in helping train and guide them
- Your responsibility (and pay) will increase accordingly
The Opportunity
This role gives you access to:
- High-value projects most videographers don’t get near
- A portfolio that actually means something commercially
- A team that’s building quickly and pushing standards
If you’re early in your career and serious about this, this kind of exposure can accelerate things massively.
See the Standard Before You Apply
We want to be completely transparent about the level we’re working at.
If your current work is far off this level, it’s probably not the right time - and that’s fine.

If not, don’t force it.
How to Apply
We’re not focused on CVs.
Instead:
- Answer the screening questions properly
- Send links to your work / portfolio
Final Note
If you really want to stand out:
Find our co-founder Brandon’s details and give him a call directly.
He runs the interviews.
Anyone who takes that initiative immediately shows us the kind of mindset we’re looking for.
If you’re looking for something stable, creative, and genuinely career-building - this is a very strong opportunity.
If you’re just looking for extra work, it won’t be the right fit.

Marketing Assistant
SBK Marketing is a fast-growing, high-performance marketing agency built specifically for the property and construction industry. We produce everything - websites, SEO, copy, content, videography, ads, automation, strategy, systems, and full client management. We want someone sharp, switched-on, and reliable. Someone who wants responsibility, wants to progress quickly, and wants to be part of a company where the opportunity is massive for people who can handle the pace. This isn’t a basic admin role - this is a hands-on position across multiple disciplines where you can grow into a key part of the agency if you show capability.
What you’ll do:
A broad mix of tasks across the agency, including:
- Graphics creation (for social posts, proposals, presentations, etc.)
- Scheduling content and managing workflows
- Client communication and relationship support
- Copywriting (captions, emails, website copy, ads, scripts)
- Strategy support and implementation
- Admin + operational tasks
- Reporting and simple data tracking
- Website copywriting and SEO tasks
- Shoot planning & gameplans
- Content organisation and handover
- Supporting any part of the business that needs attention
Who we want:
Each point is explained so you know exactly what we mean:
- Fast learner: you pick things up quickly, understand instructions, and apply them immediately.
- Reliable: you deliver what you say you will and don’t need chasing.
- Organised: you can manage multiple tasks and projects without losing track.
- Strong communicator: clear, confident, professional, and comfortable dealing with clients.
- Handles pressure: our environment is fast-paced with multiple moving parts.
- Takes ownership: you take full control of tasks instead of waiting to be told every step.
- Managerial or leadership experience is ideal: not essential, but it shows you’ve carried responsibility before.
If you’re confident, proactive, and switched-on, you’ll stand out instantly.
Pay options:
You can choose the structure that suits you.
1. Hourly Pay: £15–£25 per hour
The rate depends on performance, experience, and how quickly you take on responsibility.
We start everyone at 2 days per week, not because we only need part-time people, but because we’re trying to find the best people.
If you deliver, communicate well, and show you can handle the pace, we can move you to full-time extremely quickly — there’s no delay on our end. As soon as we can see it, you’re in.
2. Pay-Per-Deliverable
This option is perfect for people who work fast and want to earn more per hour than the hourly route.
Here’s why it benefits you:
- You get paid based on the time an hourly team member would get for that task.
- If you complete it faster (which is genuinely achievable), you earn more per hour with zero extra effort.
- Your income is tied to output, not time.
- It rewards competence, efficiency, and confidence.
Choosing this option is a green flag for us because it shows:
- You back your own ability
- You take initiative
- You care about speed and results
- You’re built for a performance-based environment
People who pick this option tend to progress the fastest.
How to apply:
We’re not overly fussed about CVs. You can attach one, but we are much more interested in your initiative, confidence, work ethic, and ability to show up and get things done.
If you’ve had managerial responsibility before, great — it tells us you’ve operated under pressure. But even if you haven’t, we’ll know very quickly whether you’re capable based on the action you take below.
To apply, do one of the following (your choice):
- Call the company — shows confidence and ability to communicate.
- Come into the office — shows commitment and that you actually want to join a real team (call first!).
- Send us something that shows initiative — we want to make really clear that we are not interested in you just attaching a generic CV and cover letter. At the end of the day, all we are looking for are people who are on the ball, and it matters less what your experience is.
This role requires you to be London-based, ideally Chiswick, or within a maximum 45-minute commute to our office 111 Power Road, Chiswick, W4 5PY.
Sales Representative
SBK Marketing is a fast-growing, high-performance marketing agency specialising in the property and construction industry. We close high-value retainers, deal with business owners and directors daily, and operate in an industry where trust, clarity, and confidence matter more than anything else.
The most important trait for this role is being unfazed by rejection.
This job is about volume, consistency, and not taking “no” as the end of the conversation. You must be able to pick up the phone, get told no, and go again immediately without hesitation.
Sales tactics can be taught — and we will teach you how to close high-ticket deals properly.
But the fundamentals cannot be taught. You either have them or you don’t:
- Confidence
- Intelligence
- Not being phased by a no
- Never giving up
If you have these traits, you will excel here. If you don’t, you will not last.
This role requires you to be London-based, ideally Chiswick, or within a maximum 45-minute commute to our office 111 Power Road, Chiswick, W4 5PY.
We want someone who can be in-person — to learn, train, improve, and be part of the team properly.
What you’ll do
A direct, high-responsibility role where consistency is everything:
- Make outbound calls to qualified leads
- Handle incoming enquiries
- Never drop follow-ups — discipline is where most reps fail
- Book high-quality meetings for our directors
- Manage a simple, clean pipeline
- Learn how to close high-ticket retainers properly
- Improve your communication and sales ability every single week through direct exposure
This is a high-growth learning role. If you want to become extremely good at sales, this is one of the fastest routes you’ll ever find.
Who we want
Explained simply and directly:
- Confident — you can speak with clarity, authority, and calmness to business owners.
- Intelligent — you think, adapt, and understand conversations quickly.
- Unfazed by rejection — you don’t get discouraged, emotional, or hesitant when someone says no.
- Persistent — you follow up consistently until you get clarity.
- Professional — you represent SBK well on every call.
- Reliable — you stick to routines and maintain momentum daily.
- Hungry to learn — sales is a skill, and you’ll learn a massive amount here if you want to grow.
If you naturally avoid conflict or get nervous calling people, this isn’t the role.
If you’re strong-willed, confident, and thrive on progress — this is perfect.
Pay
Commission-only.
The commission structure is competitive and tied directly to the high-ticket retainers we close.
The clients we bring in range from £3,500–£5,000 retainers all the way up to multi-million-pound deals. Every single one of those comes with a commission percentage attached. So you can imagine how big the earning potential is if you perform.
If you want the exact breakdown, you can ask — we’ll go through everything transparently.
If you show initiative, discipline, and strong performance, we can increase responsibility, earning potential, and progression very quickly.
How to apply
We do not care about CVs.
What matters is your initiative, confidence, and ability to show that you care about this position.
To apply, do one of the following:
- Call the company — the strongest indicator you’ll be good at the job.
- Come into the office — shows commitment and seriousness (call first!).
- Send us something that shows initiative — We don’t need perfect work. We just need to see that you take the role seriously and can show what you can do in your own way.

£15–£30 per hour, depending on capability, speed, and your ability to take ownership.
We start the role at 2 days per week while we find the strongest people —
not because the role is part-time, but because we choose based on initiative and reliability, not availability.
If you perform well, transitioning into full-time is easy — our technical workload grows constantly.

- Communicate clearly when something changes
- Set boundaries with clients when needed
- Keep internal teams accountable
- Think ahead rather than react late
KPI performance (client retention, delivery timelines, communication standards, satisfaction levels) will be closely monitored.
Growth & Progression
As our client pool expands, so does this role.
Once fully integrated and performing well, you will be expected to manage up to 10+ accounts independently.
With that responsibility comes:
- Increased earning potential
- Opportunity for salary progression
- Leadership responsibilities as the agency grows
This is not a stagnant role.

- Fully in person, 5 days per week
- Location: 111 Power Road, Chiswick, London, W4 5PY

Hands-on involvement with structured support.
Gradual responsibility shift.
By the end of the 30 days, the expectation is that you can lead accounts confidently and independently.

- Call the office.
- Attempt to introduce yourself.
- Show us how you communicate.
